Governance is the set of structural features needed to effectively manage a company oriented toward the creation of value.
Starting by considering an organization as a viable system, whose ability to survive depends on actions by the governing board and the pressure and expectations expressed by the various super-systems, it is possible to answer the
following questions: what is meant by corporate system governance? Under what conditions is such governance effective?
The answer to these questions starts from framing the problem within a systemic approach to corporate governance.
